All applications for the 2015-16 school year must be received no later than 4:00 PM this Friday. Please be sure that you have copies of all items and all documentation necessary as we are unable to accept late applications.

The 2015-16 Star Academy Lottery will be held March 17th in our gym. Due to space limitations, we will have two different times for our lottery based on grade level.
The TK and Kindergarten lottery will be held from 5:30-6:00 PM.
The lottery for grades 1-5 will be from 6:15-7:00 PM.
Lottery numbers will be posted the week of March 9th.

There are several new sessions this time! Minecraft is now full- we were able to place 21 students who have never attended and we also added 7 who have only attended once based on time and date stamp.

Yearbook sales are now open and early bird prices are in effect! If you order before February 27th, the cost is only $17.50. After that date, yearbooks will be $20.

Kindergarten starts at 10:00 for both classes on Wednesdays.

Star Academy Coordinator
Star Academy, one of five Natomas Charter School academies, offers students a comprehensive and student-centered curriculum in a supportive and nurturing environment. Through differentiated instruction, hands-on learning activities emphasize critical thinking and encourage creativity, and moderate class sizes provide an opportunity to meet each individual student's needs.
Star Academy currently offers instruction in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and grades kindergarten to fifth grade. For the 2014-2015 school year, fourth and fifth grades have been included in our program.
By utilizing multi-faceted approaches, real-world examples, applications, and experiences, our vision is to develop well-rounded individuals of character who possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to become global citizens and lifelong learners.
